The Three Rules Of Icebreaking

There are three very important rules to the icebreaker.
What did you think I was talking about? I mean an actual icebreaker. The ships were designed to break the ice flows apart to keep the sea lanes open. The concept has been around for a long time.
The concept has been around for a very long time, since the 11th century.
Back then they were called kochi.
Modern icebreakers are a LOT more powerful. Some of them even use nuclear reactors to get the job done. There are lots of different types of ships now that can do the job but they all adhere to three basic rules.
1. They have a strong hull
2. They are shaped for the job (wide front to create space)
3. They have the power for the job (diesel, electric, or nuclear)
If they are built along those lines, if they stay within the rules for the job at hand, they cannot help but be successful.
Investing in real estate is the same way.
Over the years I have developed seven rules that have allowed me to accumulate wealth, but more importantly, design the exact life I want for myself and my family.
Real estate is the tool I have chosen to accomplish that.
